When he’s not working on HVAC systems or behind the camera, Emmanuel enjoys fishing, watching scary movies, and spending time with his loyal dachshund, Cosmo. His mix of professionalism, creativity, and energy makes him a one-of-a-kind asset to both our team and our customers.

Jacob is one of our dedicated Maintenance Technicians, bringing a growing set of mechanical skills and a strong work ethic to every home he visits. His background in working on cars has sharpened his eye for detail and problem-solving abilities, which he now applies daily in the HVAC trade.

Jason is a seasoned Field Supervisor with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Having spent years in the field and leading install crews, he brings a deep understanding of both system design and real-world application to every home he visits.

Jason works closely with homeowners to identify long-term solutions that are built to last. His background allows him to look beyond quick fixes and focus on what will truly improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability over time. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and paddleboarding. He is also known for his love of Danish candy and all things Elvis, bringing a bit of personality and fun to the team.

As our Install Manager, Anthony leads from the front with discipline, accountability, and a commitment to doing things the right way the first time. He oversees installations with precision, making sure every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Chris Tucker is the CEO of Ray’s Heating & Cooling and leads the company with a focus on quality workmanship, long-term solutions, and doing what is right for both customers and the team. With a strong background in the field, Chris understands HVAC from the ground up and brings that experience into every decision he makes as a leader.
